Mentally ill people are some of the most marginalised people in the world. They suffer from stigma and abuse without any access to treatment. They have little chance of living a normal life.

So far we have helped over 42,000 mentally ill people. They can now get access to vital treatment. They don’t have to suffer taunts and abuse anymore. We have even helped some get a job so that they can begin to work their way out of poverty.

None of this would have been possible without the help of people like you.

£10 will buy some seeds and a watering can for our horticultural training project in Northern Ghana.

£15 will buy a goat that can give a mentally ill person the chance to start a business.

£20 will help to pay for a month’s medication for a mentally ill person – something many haven’t had before.

£50 will go towards training a community volunteer. They can then visit mentally ill people and check to make sure that their treatment is progressing well.

£100 will buy two bicycles that our community volunteers can use to visit even more mentally ill people.

£200 helps us to pay for a psychiatrist to travel to rural areas to diagnose mentally ill people. Without this, mentally ill people have no chance of recovery.
